Shipping policy

In stock items will be shipped between 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed.

All out of stock or backorder items will be shipped between 3-6 weeks for delivery. 

If you desire a rush your order, please select your shipping method accordingly at checkout or email us at kb.jewelsonline@gmail.com so we can further assist you.

For all orders over $100 a signature will be required upon delivery. We are not liable for lost shipments, delayed delivery, or technical or weather issues within the shipping company. We are not liable if the customer was not available for signature upon arrival.
